Job Description
Forecast the group's financial activities and assesses strategies of the region to enhance its profitabilityAnalyses and interprets financial data to evaluate past financial performance and financial regional prospects by developing reports for forecasting and trendingVerifies the financial documents are complete and in compliance with government and private agencies.Recruits, trains, motivates and evaluates his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company. Provides professional advice and guidance to internal customers on complex issues in order to ensure that policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in financial/accounting practices are achieved and maintainedMonitors financial/accounting procedural compliance by subordinates and employees to ensure that all systems are adhered toParticipates in the preparation and administration of assigned budgets and line budgets for various departments.Formulates strategic long-term business plans and keeps a five-year financial projection by business unit.Negotiation with suppliers when deciding on financial terms for new markets. :
Skills
§ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting. CFA, CPA or MBA is a major plus.§ A minimum of 6-7 years experience in a related field with 2 years in a managerial position.§ Strong understanding of financial/accounting systems and procedures and a well developed professional financial/accounting knowledge and expertise in own area§ Proficiency in MS Office.§ Fluency in English. :
