Job Description
Provides regional operational assistance for all new store openings to ensure that opening dates are met and operating standards are maintained.Develops, implements and improves all processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, IT, Loss Prevention and shops across the region, as well as ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing business operationsDevelops implements and monitors a series of operational metrics to measure the effectiveness of the department across all functionsPrepares an annual budget and business plan for the department to support the Country Manager’s plan accordingly to budget instructionsManages the human resources of the department to ensure that all employees are operating to the best of their ability and are developed at an appropriate pace and levelAchieves financial and operational targets for all aspects of store operationsAchieves and maintains a high customer satisfaction levelRegularly and systematically evaluates results of overall operations and reports them to both Country Manager and Chief Operating OfficerDevelops and implements strategies to utilize the resources to the maximum capacity in the back office to support the region and ensure a smooth operation in the region:
Skills
§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA is a major plus.§ 10 years of experience in a similar field with a minimum of 7 years in a managerial role.§ Experience in retail, in process improvement and business engineering is a must.:
