Job Description
•Manages multi brands of Tires for all sales channels except tenders.
•Supports the Sales Director in the preparation of realistic forecasts and sales targets for the business.
•Maximizes sales and profitability, and follows-up on the attainment of the sales objectives (by client segment, by product, by region, and by sales channel in all active markets).
•Compiles the aggregate reports on the activities of the sales organization.
•Develops and manages the various sales channels: dealers, fleet, etc.
•Support the team of in-house sales representatives.
•Ensures efficient and fair treatment of client complaints.
•Ensures timely and accurate product ordering to obtain max stock turnover and best product availability.
•Assures the timely collection of due receivables associated with sales.
•Controls costs of his team and ensures compliance with the agreed budget.
•Stays up to date on technical developments and on competition.
•Develops and institutionalizes GB Auto’s data, know-how, and capabilities in sales and marketing for tires.
•Identifies and tracks key KPIs for the sales department, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.
•Provides support for the professional development (including training) of direct reports: staff and managers.
Skills
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
•Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English, French& Arabic.
•Must have a relevant background on the Tires Manufacturing.
•Minimum years of experience:5 yearsworking for a tire manufacturer’s regional office.
•Must have good interpersonal skills and Leadership ability.
•Team work skills.
•Work independently without direct supervision.
•Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies.
•Ability to work well with all levels of management and executive.
•Problem-solving and conflict management.
Education
