Job Description

“Middle East - Regional Support Engineer”
- Travelling around the Middle East on short service work assignments
- Able to perform installations, commissioning, servicing and training to equipment supplied to clients
- Translation of Product manuals and also product catalogs - English to Arabic
- Must manage (maintain and update) - glossary or technical terms in Arabic language (lexicon)
- Ability to travel to Main Factory in Indonesia and stay for 2 to 3 months for training on yearly basis
- Once initially passed through the induction training course, must continue to learn a variety of Technologies
- Providing technical support and training in the MENA region after a thorough training

Skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
- Must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets, power point, web, email and some basics of photo editing software
- Fast and enjoyable learner (keen)
- He should be a hard worker
- Able to think on their feet, identify and solve problems
- Self starter & self motivated
- Can manage the available time according to his priorities
- Likable persona - as client interaction will be required
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Customer oriented, independent, flexible and open-minded towards dealing with foreign cultures
- Dual Nationalities is a big plus

Education

Minimum Engineering Degree Holder (Preference - Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics)
