    Job Description

    The Regional VP of Sales position is responsible for leading the regional sales and marketing team to achieve profit margin, market share, market segment, and customer satisfaction in all product lines. Manage the effectiveness of the dealer network within the region. Establish and maintain critical customer and dealer relationships. This position has a direct responsibility for dealer profitability, customer satisfaction and is critical to laying a successful dealer distribution foundation in MENA for Navistar's long term success.
