Job Description
Job Purpose:
Achieve corporate volumes and targets and contribute to the bottom line profitability of the division and the bank.
Principal Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
-Plan the annual sales and marketing strategy in consultation with department manager/head
-Review the existing portfolio in a timely manner, establish appropriate account Plan, and recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the bank’s credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level.
-Aggressively develop new business from key target customer segments, viz. large/ medium scale corporate and commercial customers
-Review existing commercial portfolio to maintain/ enhance the asset quality and control the risks attaching, whilst exploiting opportunities to maximize revenues
-Maximize lead generation for new accounts solicitation keeping in mind the set parameters for new account development.
-Implement and maintain control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of account, documentation, periodical client visits / call reports, stock inspections and formal credit checks / informal market feedback to monitor the assigned portfolio effectively.
-Develop on-the job learning curve of RO to enable them to grow professionally and prepare them for higher levels of responsibility.
-Develop strong working relations with all clients at the decision-making level in order to maximize business and utilization from them.
-Implement action plans in order to increase commercial asset (funded and non-funded) and liability book
-Maximize cross selling of bank products, especially retail products to commercial banking customers/ employees
-Manage the portfolio profitability of each line of products for teams. Increase non-fund based products portfolio in order to increase total profitability
-Continuously provide feedback on competitive activities and track market developments.

Excellent awareness of Corporate products.
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector
Management of Corporate Relationships
Broad general business knowledge to understand the business needs
Dealt with Abu Dhabi Government departments and projects
D. Remuneration & Package:
Gross Monthly Salary : About AED 35,000/- including Housing Allowance (Salary commensurate with experience & negotiable) + Bonus + Airfare + Furniture Allowance + Children Education Allowance + Club Membership Fee + Health & Life Insurance
