To assist in market research initiatives and work independently to gather relevant information required for compiling research findings.
Provide market inputs to Research Manager to improve product image in the market.
Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and ensure effective follow-ups for registered customer complaints.
Participate in the ‘Mystery Shopper’ exercise as and when required.
Comply with Quality Standards and Health & Safety procedures affecting self and others in own workplace.
Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner.
Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
Contribute to the department’s development by providing timely suggestions and feedback.
Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably in marketing management.
At least 2 years experience in Market Research handling various kinds of qualitative, quantitative research .
Good in Data Collection Methods and Analytical Skills.
Ability to communicate research results.
Good in communication & Interpersonal skills.
Excellent MS office skills is a must¨
Valid Kuwait / GCC Driving License Required
