Job Description

1. Intensive On-Site search for residential listings for sale or rent.
2. Contact owners, establish and build rapport with.
3. Interview landlords to determine and understand what kind of tenant/buyer they are seeking.
4. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
5. Associate consultants should represent their landlords in real estate transaction.
6. To be able to expertly market themselves as well as the properties owned by the sellers they may represent
7. Organizing with the other concerned residential consultants for scheduling appointments with clients and showing them the listings that meet their requirements
8. Arranging properties to display for prospective buyers.
9. Following up with landlords as well as senior consultants for closing the deal.
10. Generate lists of properties that are compatible

Skills

1. Associate Consultants need to have good communication skills, both written and oral.

2. Have good negotiation and networking skills

3. To be good in numbers and willing to work hard

4. Must be customer centric.

5. Have good time management

6. They must be full of energy and self-motivators

7. Having 0-1 years of experience in real estate
