Summary of JD: The Manager’s responsibility includes, among other duties, ensuring target profitability is achieved, ensuring the satisfaction of customers, measuring customer demand on food items and coordinating with the kitchen to manage supplies accordingly, measuring and forecasting customer load levels and coordinating with the chefs on food production levels accordingly, managing and motivating staff and shift schedules, managing suppliers and ensuring that the best value for money is obtained, managing all required maintenance to the building, furniture, or equipment, ensuring that sanitation and cleanliness is maintained in all parts and aspects of the restaurant in all times, managing all marketing and sales activities, ensuring that standardized operational and production procedures are developed and documented and applied, ensuring that a standard and high quality of output is maintained at all times, preparing/helping to prepare Profit & Loss and other management reports, regularly reporting to management on the status of operations and any issues or problems.

• Minimum of 4 years Experience as a Restaurant Manager in Fine Dining Chain or Start Restaurants
• College/University Qualification in Hotel Management
• Age: 33-40 Years
