Job Description
Job: to establish and manage a series of retail outlets in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to sell electrical building material
Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan the location of the new retail outlet
2.Select the best locations to suit business objectives
3.Develop the business model and contribute in the strategy building of the business
4.Manage the stock of the material to create a proper management of cash flow and fast delivery to customers
5.Manage the suppliers relationship and find new suppliers
6.Appoint the proper team and manage and train the staff to achieve business goals
7.Manage the pricing policy
8.Plan and run the marketing strategy for
Skills
Qualification :
1.Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s retail market and consumer behavior.
2.Knowledge about the electrical building material.
3.Engineering background ( preferably electrical).
4.FMCG market and marketing knowledge is a plus.
5.Stock management knowledge.
6.Category management knowledge and certificate.
Personality and skills:
1.Leader ship.
2.English language is must.
3.High negotiation skills.
4.Team work and team management.
5.Creative thinking.
6.Visa Transferable.
