•Provide required planning of all traditional trade distributors routing by sub channel retail, minimarket and wholesalers.
•Daily monitoring of all sales calls by truck/ sub-channel/distributor/region.
•Monitoring trucks efficiency and utilization by truck/sub-channel /region.
•Plan routing for the new trucks with co-ordination with RSM’s/RTM BDM.
•Daily report on the number of visits by sub-channel vs. actual.
•Daily report on successful calls vs. plan by sub-channel /region.
•Propose reallocation plans for the trucks within each distributor based on the agreed KPI’s.
•Achieve the DPA target by country and propose the required changes to reach target.
•Preparing for sales management periodical meetings and other sales events.
•Quarterly review for all trucks efficiency and new trucks performance.
•Physical visit to train distributors on routing and trucks efficiencies and utilization.
•2 years sales experience.
