Job Description
Marketing Director - Online & Offline / Performance Marketing Director / Head of Marketing role is a key business leadership position reporting to the CEO/Founder and the Board. It will focus on creating innovative marketing strategies (UAE & Middle East) that will build the brand further leading to increased awareness, revenue, relevance and respect amongst the target audience. This role will suit someone able to think strategically but also happy to be hands-on and get involved in all aspects of the business.
Skills
*Create and implement the UAE and Middle East Marketing Strategy.
*Identify and shape a differentiated brand positioning.
*Develop & execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
*Be responsible for shaping the Offline Marketing strategy across appropriate channels (Print Advertising, Ambient Media, TV and DM if appropriate).
*Own and manage the CRM and customer segmentation strategy driving customer loyalty forward.
*Build and lead the team responsible for all customer acquisition, CRM, brand, UX and product development activity.
*Improve the Email and Social Media strategy to build lasting relationships and engagement with users.
*Drive the agenda for effective analytics and business intelligence to increase profitability.
*Have P+L responsibility whilst working with Finance and the board to develop Marketing budgets and forecasts to drive growth at a positive margin.
Marketing Director - Online & Offline / Performance Marketing Director / Head of Marketing must have:
*Previous experience as a Head of Marketing for an Online business.
*A proven record of driving revenue by a mix of improving Online customer experience and Offline customer targeting.
*Be a strong strategic and creative thinker with proven success in changing consumer behaviour.
*A demonstrable track record of achieving company growth objectives through testing and measuring various initiatives on a continuous basis.
*Extensive knowledge of the effectiveness of Online Marketing tools including Email, Social Media, PPC, Display, SEO, Affiliate, CRM and Web Analytics.
*Experience of working internationally is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
