Our client, a reputable trading company is currently seeking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager We are seeking for future thought-leaders who besides doing justice to the regular call of duty involving overall responsibilities of marketing and sales operations initially in UAE and expand in immediate future to other GCC countries, Africa and CIS region, can think out-of-the-box and bring exponential value to the organization .

Skills

We are seeking for an MBA with 15-20 years of stellar achievements and experience in sales and marketing operations in building material industry in GCC region. A background in plywood MDF Gypsum board flooring industries is preferred. Strong networking within construction industry, architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction furniture-related retail businesses is a pre-requisite.The candidate should believe that targets are meant to be exceeded, is a self-starter with strong inter-personal skills and the right attitude to develop markets, excellent communication skills, formulating business plans, mobilizing marketing sales, building teams handling channel partners independently. Fluency in spoken Arabic will definitely be preferred and an added advantage.
