POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

ROLE:

As a Customer Service Advisor of the Duxiana Store in Abu Dhabi, your responsibilities focus on the smooth operation of the store with the objective of maximizing sales.
Your primary role will be to provide direct and indirect assistance to customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maximize sales by providing first class service to potential customers.
• Support the execution of strategic and operational plans and programs, such as marketing promotions, participation in exhibitions and other Public Relations activities.
• Follow up on accounts receivables and collection from customers on due dates if applicable.
• Monitor the inventory of goods available in the store and in warehouse and make recommendations on new orders and product mix. Also identify slow moving items and recommend action accordingly.
• Submit periodic reports and analysis to direct reporting manager as required.
• Analyze and report on competitive activity.
• Manage complains and assure customer satisfaction.
• Support the preparation of Guest Tracking Report with views and recommendations.
• Understand clearly Company policies, strategies and operational parameters and ensure their proper execution.
• Follow up all government regulations and related procedures and practices; ensures that the company abides by those rules and regulations.

Skills / Profile:
• Age 28 - 45 years old
• Minimum of five years’ experience in Sales, preferably in luxury items.
• Fluent in English and Arabic


Reporting:
For all operational activities report to the Store Manager
