    Job Description

    . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Customer/Supplier : Internal
    •Regularly follow ups and co-ordinates on-going jobs and see to it that all are as per time frame on concerned Production and Art Department Team
    •Monitors and follow-ups unpaid invoices and co-ordinates with bill collector
    •Coordinates official quotation and tenders with Admin Support
    •Responsible in follow-ups when one of the sales team is on leave
    •Prepares quotation and tender under the supervision of higher level up

    Customer /Supplier External
    •Responsible in interacting with customers on a daily basis to ensure customer requirements are met
    •Negotiates with clients on the allocated marketing expenses to adjust price accordingly
    •Acquires legal permits on printing in case there is government restriction with the co-ordination of clients
    •Negotiates and proposes on material availability whether locally or outside

    People Management
    •Works as a team
    •Coaches and mentors junior subordinates

    Analysis
    •Gathers and analyzes competitors’ price trends, new product introductions and recommends change of price to next level management
    •Acquires additional knowledge on making short to medium term strategies of sales department that could have influence/impact at a division level

    Innovation
    •Conducts online research on printing technology techniques to impress clients
    •Attends training or any related informal courses that will provide additional information

    Operations
    •Responsible in maintaining and reaching the allotted TARGET
    •Responsible in maintaining the profitable sales in a competitive way to meet short to medium term objectives
    •Has to ensure that companies market level and credibility is being maintained
    •Ensuring the utmost satisfaction of all clients from short to medium term objectives

    Strategy
    •Provides input towards short and medium term strategic planning process of the sales department which has an influence on the department itself
    •Facilitates the achievement of short term and medium term strategic goals of the sales department

    Skills

    •Formal education for any business related course is a must
    •At least 3 years working experience in Printing field industry
    •Must have technical knowledge in the printing field and cost estimation
    •Must have GCC Driving License
    •Computer Literate
    •Very Good English communication skills both oral and verbal
    •Must have a convincing and presentable personality
