To manage sales in the GCC Region, to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new
business, achieve sales targets while identifying opportunities for the growing sales volume, as well
as maintaining relationships with clients
* Liaises with internal and external partners at the appropriate level to ensure smooth flow of interactions
* Must have general knowledge of all of the products and solutions offered
* Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
* Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
* Supports sales in securing potential new customers
* Maintains, communicates and pursues leads from local event information calendars to drive potential business
* Sets plans to achieve individual sales targets.
* Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
* Maintains active business relationships with existing customer data base and ensures new and repeat business to support revenue goals.
* Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-ofthe-art practices; participating in professional societies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Serving as primary liaison/consultant between the system users and the technical team
* Participates in the preparation for trade shows and conventions to promote the brand and increase sales
* Assist the Managing Director in other duties assigned.
