Sales Manager, male Arabic speaking who will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Establishes business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
-Must have a strong background in technical sales and product expertise in the LIMS (Labs Information Management System) implementation projects and or any related products.
-Visit potential customers, acts a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets, negotiates the terms of an agreement and closing sales, gathering market and customer information, negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications, review sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets, clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
-Maintain appropriate records and ensure that all business leads and quotes are effectively followed up in a realistic time frame.
-A self starter with proven ability to plan activities, prioritization and identification of key requirements.
We are looking for a male Sales Manager and Arabic speaking to work with the field sales team with the following qualifications:
-Candidate should be educated to a minimum degree level or equivalent preferably an associated Science Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry/Biochemistry or any other related field to our job requirements).
-Knowledgeable in Computer Programming/Applications, Oracle software, Database Administration, Software Engineering & Development
-Good communication skills (both oral and written) and relationships with key customers.
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same field/sales management.
-Pleasant personality with drive and enthusiasm to succeed and achieve in this challenging position.
-Creativity and innovation in problem solving and developing new markets.
-Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
-Preferably with Valid UAE driving license.
