Sales Manager - Automotive

Our client, with various businesses in the Middle East is looking to hire experience Sales Managers from the automotive industry. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manager a team to expand, and capture the targeted market share within the same market segment of the automotive industry.
Position: Sales Manager - Automotive

Overseeing the entire floor operations of the retail showroom, your role as the Sales Manager, you are responsible for all sales operations of new and used cars, and to achieve maximum market penetration within the given/contractual sales territory as well as for financial services (financing, leasing, and insurance) in accordance with the agreed targets
You will ensure the sales, turnover and cost targets in the short, medium and long term through creating new and maintaining existing customer relationships and achieves agreed profit targets. You will liaise regularly with the respective interfaces and customizes his target oriented actions in order to ensure integrated and customer oriented dealership processes by breaking down corporate targets into clearly structured departmental and employee targets and ensures their achievement.
You will formulate the sales strategy and achieve targets, responsible for regular planning of turnovers and sales figures in the sales department of the company and ensures that the monthly target figures of the department are laid down in an annual business plan down to every sales man.
You must be sharp in analysing the need for investment and submits proposals to the management, checks the measures taken in the sales department, checks and when necessary, adjusts the monthly stipulated figures for each salesman in agreement with management, manages the stock level and releases new orders. You are responsible in ensuring that the sales program is competitive and meets customer requirements.
Working closely with the manufacturer in maintaining standards in the form of handling instructions or working directives, respectively, with which the agreed targets can be achieved, through transparency of the sales processes and targets; defines the interfaces between his department and the service and parts departments and ensures a quick flow of information, so that all the persons responsible are informed optimally in the interest of the company.
You will prepare and maintains all required reports and correspondence towards and by the manufacturer in the Middle East.
A good education, preferably with a recognize degree, you must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and knowledge of market and sales of the automotive industry, with a pronounced specialist knowledge in the area sales, including used car sales, basic knowledge in the areas Service and Parts service.
You must have Marketing knowledge in operative area with the knowledge of working, business and social law.
You are required to have good problem solving skills and customer relationship management, and the ability to work under pressure
