    Sales Manager/Lead Engineer - BMS Sales (GCC Region)

    Job Description

    Highly energetic sales professional who combines technical knowledge with sales skills to sale on a range of BMS products to Clients. Clients are usually technical staff from MEP Consultants, MEP Contractors, Facility Managers, Real estate developers, Building Owners.

    The candidate is required to have high self-drive and should be capable to work independently.

    The candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mech., Electrical or Electronics).

    With 3-6 years experience of direct sales of Building Management Systems in the UAE region.

    Having managed large key accounts in the UAE Region shall be an added advantage.

    The job requires travelling within UAE and across GCC.

    Skills

    · taking Approvals from MEP Consultants and persuading them to include the co. name in the approved vendor list;

    · searching for new clients and maximizing client potential in designated regions;

    · developing New Key accounts and managing long term relations with them;

    · persuading clients that a azbil BMS products or services best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;

    · negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;

    · calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;

    · providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;

    · analyzing costs and sales;

    · preparing reports for head office;

    · meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;

    · supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;

    · making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;

    · liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;

    · helping in the design of technical system proposal;

    · providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
