    Sales Manager - UAE & Oman

    Job Description:

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business in the UAE & Oman and achieve agreed sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for protecting and growing the sales turnover through a targeted customer visit programme and other sales and marketing activities.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    •Plan, agree, and carry out sales and marketing activities within UAE and Oman, so as to best meet the objectives.
    •Responsible for the development and execution of Sales Plan
    •Work closely with the end users to support them on MTL products & technologies.
    •Drive and support distribution channel for incremental sales in the region.
    •Follow forecasting and sales reporting process.
    •Visit customers and distributors to maximise the sales of complete MTL product range.
    •Focus customers to support them on upgrade projects
    •Update vendor registrations

    Skills:

    •Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation engineering/Higher
    •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Process Control or Instrumentation environment
    •Experience in oil & gas industry preferably in Middle East.
    •A proven track record in managing Key Account relationships, preferably within the Oil/Gas, Petroleum and Refining.
    •Capable of executing sales plans and Able to manage time and priorities tasks effectively
    •Personal and professional integrity. Integrates into teams effectively
    •Good negotiation, communication and Interpersonal skills.
    •Excellent communication skills; able to deal with colleagues and customers at all levels.
    •Highly target oriented with a track record of achievement against objectives.
