Job Description
- AES Arabia is looking for Sales Professionals at various levels (Junior Sales Engineer/ Senior Sales Engineer/ Sales Manager) for multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.
- To manage AES’s Project/Equipment/Chemical Sales in the Region including EPC contractors, the government and corporate segments.
- Ensures sales targets are achieved per segment and Project/Equipment/Chemical sales (EPC contractors and government and corporate segments).
- Assesses data provided by the Sales Regions departments, identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per segment and Project/Equipment/Chemical sales.
- Calls actively on key accounts and assists sales force where appropriate to ensure prompt solutions to their satisfaction.
Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Min 3/ 6/ 10 years experience for Junior/ Senior/ Manager Respectively in the relevant field.
- Candidates must be from the background of Sales within Water Treatment/ Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experience in handling sales of Water Treatment Projects/ Equipment/ Chemicals.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
