Job Description
Sales Representative required for a brand new professional lighting showroom.
-Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field of lighting.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-generate and qualify leads
-source and develop client referrals
-prepare sales action plans and strategies
-schedule sales activity
-develop and maintain a customer database
-develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
-plan and conduct direct marketing activities
-make sales calls to new and existing clients
-develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
-negotiate with clients
-develop sales proposals
-present sales contracts
-conduct product training
-maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
-respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone,
-electronically or in person
-ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
-follow up on sales activity
-perform quality checks on product and service delivery
-monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for
management
-conduct market research and surveys
-participate in sales events
-monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Skills
-Great outgoing personality with the ability to open and connect with a customer upon first greeting. Must have knowledge of opening skills and the selling process
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customer in Arabic & English.
-Strong organizational and follow up skills to follow up in walk in customers and to check on orders during the sales.
-Strong willingness to serve the client and sell to their needs.
-Customer service skills and compassion are required to overcome objections before and after the selling process.
-Strong communication skills are needed to solve customer problems throughout the entire experience with the customer.
-Able to use computers as all sales personnel have an ipad to assist clients on the sales floor, maintain customer relations metrics, and use computer stations to check orders, inventory, and secure financing for clients
Education and Experience
-knowledge of relevant computer applications
