Job Description

A market leader in furniture retail industry in Kuwait seeks an experienced energetic go-getter who has a passion for sales, to join their B2B team. You would be responsible for selling furniture to the corporate market. • Pursue the achievement and over-achievement of monthly sales targets in volume, value and margin
• Business development; Consultative sales; Mapping out market and identifying & realizing business potential across industry sectors in Kuwait
• Achieve and report on all KPI’s
• Develop strategies for meeting revenue and sale growth objectives
• Develop sales in architect / consultant / real estate developer markets including both commercial and residential sectors + Government sector
• Liaise closely with Category, Buying, Marketing and Design team when preparing proposals, closing deals and executing purchase orders
• Coordinate sales orders and coordinate all logistics related issues with the Delivery and Installation Departments

Skills

• 3-5 years proven Business to Business sales experience
• Project sales experience in home furnishings or closely related product groups (home furniture, office furniture, garden furniture, accessories) - with a clearly demonstrably track record of achievement
• Good understanding of the decision making process and to negotiate and close the deals
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong presentation abilities, networking / influencing skills
• Self-motivated, highly driven sales professional with passion for achieving / exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Kuwait driving license is a must
• Transferable Visa 18 for local hires
