•Supports in identifying training priorities and needs from measurement of marketing performance, line management briefings and individual appraisals in order to develop a training and development strategy for all marketing staff.
•Runs induction, continuous and developmental training of all marketing staff in order to assist line management in the area of on-the-job training.
•Carry out the implementation of BAT Global Training initiatives in the local market.
•Helps in evaluating employee development effectiveness through locally produced development programmes and the degree of performance improvement amongst marketing staff in order to provide amendments and solutions.
•Assists in managing the training budget in a smart accounting manner.
•Provide accurate learner progress report of all marketing staff.
•Drive recruitment process within the Marketing function to ensure selecting top notch calibres for all open positions.
•Build multi-functional relationships, creating an environment where information & resources are shared in pursuit of business goals.
•Build relations with external agencies to ensure quality services & products are delivered against budgets.
•Promote a positive learning environment with emphasis on, On the Job development.
3-6 years of experience in FMCG industry with solid Trade background & Sales Capability development experience.
