    Job Description

    Our client, a reputable company specialized in Water Solutions is is currently seeking a Sales EngineerMiddle East Region is responsible for developing, marketing and selling products, applications and solutions across the four business units of Transport, Treatment, Dewatering, Aftermarket and Service across the sales region. The product portfolio includes products of the Flygt, Sanitaire, Wedeco, Leopold and Godwin brands to serve the core applications of pumping, mixing, aeration, disinfectionoxidation and filtrationclarificationseparation. Driving sustainable and profitable growth in the served markets by executing the Middle East Region strategy through adequate sales, marketing and support structures is the primary goal of the Middle East Region organization. General Duties and responsibilities of the position The Sales Engineer duties consist of, but are not limited to, the identification of sales opportunities for the company's brand throughout the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities shall include but not limited to Sales calls to Contractors, Consulting engineers and Government ministries that participate in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Identify projects planned, being tendered or awarded. Prepare monthly reports of sales activities in a format to be provided by the Sales Manager Prepare preliminary technical presentations to Consulting engineers, Contractors and government agencies. Identify local sources of supply for equipment complimentary to the Leopold Brand of equipment such as valves, controls, pumps etc, Ability to interact with engineers, contractors and government officials. Site visits of existing systems when required to gather appropriate data. Ability to identify short and long term opportunities. Multi-tasking ability. Excellent communication skills are required. Fluent in Arabic and English.

    Skills

    Travel Extensive Travel required in the Kingdom and occasional travel to Dubai. Experience and Academic Qualifications A degree in Civil Engineering discipline along with design and operational experience in the field of water and wastewater treatment. -Candidate should have knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment technology, design and application. -An in-depth knowledge of the Saudi water and wastewater market is an advantage. To have an understanding of the business and social culture of the Saudi Society is important
