    Our client, an international organization, is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Sales Manager who will be based in their office in the UAE. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for establishing and fostering long-term business relationships with original equipment customers, in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and demand and in order to gain market share conducting technical consulting interviews in various customer target groups, in order to achieve long-term equipmentsupply shares and monitoring the market and determining (new) sales opportunities working out and preparing quotes fostering customer contacts and implementing sales strategies for strategically important product lines.Other responsibilities will include but not limited toDetermining sales opportunities through market presence determining the needs of customers, as well as ensuring and strengthening company's fields of expertise Developing sales strategies for strategically important product lines for best possible placement at original equipment customersAdvising customers on technical details with pronounced background information about the development side, in order to achieve production equipmentsupply shares for the products of different customer groupsRecognizing customer requirements with regard to new technologies andor applications in complying with legal regulations as a basis for creating specification documents for in-house company's product development (development specification documents) Conducting customer price negotiations based on existing cost situations, in order to attain the greatest possible profit Working out steps for gaining new customers and fostering business relationships, in order to achieve long-term customer satisfactionReaching agreements on annual targets andor sales targets with customers, as well as possibly initiating andor implementing corrective measures Observing and analyzing the market and competitive situation with regard to price and condition development if necessary taking counter-measures at the respective customers and reaching agreements on new conditions for optimum market prices and securing market sharesDrawing up measures for the effective procurement of market data and involvement in the preparation and implementation of respective marketing measuresPlanning and coordinating customer training with regard to new products and possible applicationsPlanning and carrying out travel activities in good timeDevelopment coordinationCoordinating commercial and technical development activities between customers, SC HKGPUs, including steps for later product updates, in order to make the desired product available to the customer on price and on scheduleStatistics and administrationCollecting market data, preparing statistics, as well as updating price, spare part, and supply files, etc., in order to supply basic data for company and capacity planning, as well as commercial development and long-term strategic planningCommunicationsArranging and ensuring smooth paths for communications, in order to establish and maintain trouble-free customer-supplier relationships internally and externally

    Skills

    To be successful for this role, you should techinical diploma or degree holder with more than 3 years of work experience in the same role. Fluency in Arabic and English is highly required coupled with good knowledge in Microsoft applications and SAP modules. You should be willing to travel across GCC and UAE.
