Provide personal administrative support to management through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. And maintain files and filing systems

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• set up and maintain filing systems
• prepare and manage reports and documents
• organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
• arrange and confirm appointments
• organize internal and external events
• handle incoming mail and other material
• communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
• operate office equipment
Education and Experience
• relevant training or qualification
• knowledge and experience of relevant software applications
• MS Word, MS Excel and Power point are a must
• knowledge of business principles & business administration
• fluent in both Arabic and English
• proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English & Arabic language skills
• proven experience of producing correspondence and formal letters
• required typing speed
