Job Description
JOB BACKGROUND/CONTEXT
The Senior Accountant is to provide support to TCSI operations and take care of all accounting & financial matters, being actively involved in cash & expense management, payroll & budgeting.
The role would suit a confident and honest individual, who is able to analyze, and interpret facts and figures quickly.
This role would report to the Regional Director.
Skills
Good Accounting knowledge with 5 to 10 years of experience in accounts preferably in a large service organization.
In depth knowledge & exposure of a computerized accounting environment.
Awareness of local government rules & regulations related to the job.
SKILLS
Fully conversant with modern accounting methods & techniques.
Good negotiation & communication skills.
Strong quantitative & analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively & prioritize
Ability to conceptualize, forsee & plan
COMPETENCIES
Technical:
Advance skills in Microsoft Office applications
Use of Accounting software
Use of Oracle/ERP
Behavioral:
Ability to perform & deliver under pressure
Dynamic in nature
Flexible, eager to learn & proactive
Keen to meet objectives & deadlines
Education
Commerce Graduate/Masters degree in Finance ACCA
