Due to the award of a major airport project, they are looking for a Senior Delay Analyst to join their team in Dubai.
Skills
The successful candidate should have:
* BSc or equivalent in relevant subject
* Minimum 15 years experience
* Sound experience in retrospective and prospective forensic analysis of claims in major construction projects
* Experienced in the methodologies used for delay analysis, including time impact analysis
* Sound knowledge of construction law
* Good understanding of FIDIC
* Primavera experience
