    Job Description

    Career Design the leading HR Consultancy in ME is recruiting a National Key Account Manager, Regional sales Manager and a Country Sales Manager for a multinational FMCG Company (Dairy & Juice Products) in Saudi Arabia:


    Qualifications:
    -Minimum 8 years experience in FMCG/ Dairy Products, KSA experience is a plus.
    - A Bachelor degree in business, marketing or any related field. An MBA is also a plus
    -Fluency in English and Arabic
    -Good Leadership Skills
    -Highly Creative in Problem Solving, Very Good Negotiation Skills
    -Ambitious and hard working,Fast Problem solving skills, Excellent Analytical Skills
    -Good Knowledge in accounting and Finance matters
    -Excellent Communication skills

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    •Ensure the daily operation and service to the company’s customers in his designated country of operation.
    •Setting directions for sales supervisors/managers by defining and communicating sales targets for each area.
    •Ensures that his sales areas operate cost effectively and yield maximum results by regularly reviewing route and area performance and the factors that drive cost effectiveness and sales performance
    •Increases sales turnover by actively identifying and exploiting new business potential.
    •Investigates possible fraud by ensuring that customers are visited and invoices/temporary credit balances/truck stock is checked periodically.
    •Contributes to better management decision making by preparing and presenting timely market related reports as required by the GCC RM and Marketing Managers.
    •Contributes to the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting process by providing the GCC RM with timely and accurate budget proposals and forecasts.
    •Improves the sale ability of the entire product range by managing the use of the merchandising resources and the application of merchandising practices.
    •Ensures that product quality and freshness is maintained by ensuring that correct product handling and cold chain practices are adhered to..
    •Ensures that employees are equipped with skills and knowledge for the job by providing training that address clearly defined training needs.
    •Ensures that all his staff has an updated and relevant individual training plan.
    •Oversees the efficient performance of day-to-day activities in sales by regularly monitoring the compliance of individuals to procedures on pre selling, selling and post selling activities.
    •Sustains positive team spirit by treating individual team members fairly and dealing with problem situations firmly and decisively.
    •Ensures that sales routes are planned and managed in a way that achieves the optimum distribution of company products and the most efficient use of vehicles.
    •Ensures that the company responds quickly to changes in the market by initiating tactical sales activities in the country to counter local competitor activity, with the prior approval of the GCC RM.
    •Motivates and encourages his staff by monitoring and appraising them on a regular basis.
    •Ensure that product is Merchandised within the correct Category and that the Merchandising is either Vertical or in Block Displays.
    •Check on the quality and content of all of his Sales Teams outlet calls.
    •Ensure that all Shelf Talkers and officially approved Point of Sale is being utilized and that this Point of Sale is refreshed regularly and that all products are distributed efficiently.
    •Communicate continuously with the Area Managers, Key Accounts Supervisor, Sales Supervisors, Salesmen and Merchandisers concerning the Sales Promotion activity.
