Job Description
Our client is a well known International Property Developer, they have a portfolio of properties that include:- Residential, Commercial and Retail sites, some of which are recognized as iconic in the world today. They currently seek an experienced client facing Hard Facilities Manager to join their Dubai based FM team for their iconic Downtown Dubai High-Rise building. The candidate will be located in a highly prestigious site and will be responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of the Hard Service standards. Candidates should have an excellent knowledge of hard technical facilities management ideally in high end retail or a 5* hospitality environment.

Skills
Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree
Extensive Hard Facilities Management experience
Extensive experience in Client facing role
Excellent English spoken and written
Arabic speaking would be an advantage
5* Hotel or Retail background would be an advantage
