Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Job

To participate in planning and reporting phases of the audits; to conduct field work phase of the audit based on the work programs at various type of audits designed to add value and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance process in audited entities. Conducts follow ups, special reviews and fraud investigations.

Skills

1. A Bachelor degree in an accounting, financial, engineering or other relevant discipline.
2. A valid membership of the relevant professional body (e.g. Institute of Internal Auditors).
3. Accounting or auditing certification is beneficial.
4. 5 years professional experience including at least 4 years in internal auditing of which 3 years in Oil & Gas Sector.
5. Strong English language and writing skills.
6. Strong written and oral communication skills.
7. Analytical skills and good judgment.
8. Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees.
9. Management skills in resolving audit related issues tactfully.
10. Innovation and initiative.
11. Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
