Senior / Project Engineer (Based in Doha, Qatar)

Job Description

• Project management of small to medium size renovation projects, addition and alteration works, fitting out, upgrading of facilities
• To conceptualise, plan and implement projects within quality, time and cost parameters
• Prepare tender or RFQ scope of work, technical specification and design drawing for project work
• To evaluate tender or RFQ
• Timely and quality execution and completion of projects
• Manage and coordinates M&E installations
• Conduct handing and taking over of new renovated buildings and prepare snag list for building defects
• Preparing all project related activities such as site progress report, cost analysis, billing report and quality management report
• Co-ordination between all concerned agencies like authorities, architects office, consultants, contractors and supervising staff

Skills

• Preferably Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural engineering with strong experiece in construction project management in GCC environment
• Able to understand interfacing requirements with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, IT, and other building servcies.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, those with more experience can be considered for senior position
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills for report generation
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Autocad system and produce drawings with detailing
• Good knowledge of ISO & OHSAS Standard
