Our client a leading multi-national in the Telecommunications industry is currently seeking to recruit Senior Project Manager. This position will be based in Baghdad Iraq Duties and Responsibilities Job Description This position is for an experienced Project Manager for a building construction project, who could provide strong technical knowledge and experiences on building construction, and good project management skills to lead the team and subcontracts to delivery the project in Iraq as per contract Project management requirements1. Be fully responsible for the successful E2E deliver building construction (quality, schedule, and costs)as per the contract, and implement the closed-loop management to solve the bottleneck problems occurring during the project delivery.2. Discuss and negotiate with customer to get clear requirements and standard for building, output solution for the building construction and get customer confirmation, and strong communication skill is required as customer interface to communicate with customer regularly as per the communication plan and manage the customer expectation and satisfaction properly 3. Be responsible for the detail design review and approval, master the key points of construction, guide and manage sub con implementation. 4. Monitor and ensure project teams and project KPI to perform delivery strictly according to the requirements such as the regulations on organization process, internal control, procurement, information security, and safety production.5.Manage, coordinate, and schedule project resources including project managers and building constructing technical personnel etc."

Skills

Qualification Requirements1. Iraqi, Chinese and European Iraqi is priority. Fluent in English.2. Typically 5-10 years relevant experience in building construction, successfully led 2-3 building construction projects independently as a PM. Full knowledge and experience on the technique standard and work process of building construction, be aware of project management skills.
