With International expertise in all aspects of project management, planning and design of health care facilities, we had built sound client relationship being their local consultant for the focused delivery of their projects ranging from primary clinics, community hospitals, general and teaching hospitals, specialized centers for specific medical disciplines, through to complete medical complexes.

Job Description:

The incumbent’s main duty is to prepare and review all documentations and specifications for the work related to the Building Design and Building Supervision.

Other job responsibility includes:
1.The incumbent is mainly responsible for reviewing and preparing the following in the Building Design:
a.The general and particular conditions of the contract.
b.Preparing the Bills of Quantities.
c.Quantities take off.
d.The specifications.
e.Addendum to documents as required.
f.Estimated costs for the Bills of Quantities for the clients.
g.Price analysis for tenders and reports during the tender evaluation stage.

2.He/she is responsible for reviewing and preparing the following in the Building Supervision:
a.Monthly and Final payments for projects under construction.
b.Variation Orders.

3.He/she is responsible for carrying out any other assignment upon the request of his/her direct supervisor.

4.Preparation of monthly and weekly reports

Skills

-10 years experience, with 6 years as QS in major projects
-Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
-Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil projects
-Experience in conceptual estimating, cost reporting, expenditure profiling, cost forecasting and reporting claims
-Ability effectively monitor and analyze cost, identify trends and recommend corrective actions
-Experienced user of MS Office, advanced MS Excel user
-Report writing skills
-Fluent English both written and spoken

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering /Quantity Surveying or related discipline
