Job Description
We are now seeking a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top global talent within the Energy Industry for our clients. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and energetic team and working with some of the best consultants and clients in the Oil, Gas and Energy sectors.
You will responsible for developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with both top consultants and clients from all around the world. You will be responsible for sourcing and delivery top consultants to an impressive client portfolio, including some the biggest names in the Oil, Gas & Energy Industry. You will be proactive in seeking employment opportunities for our high level consultants and seeking consultants for our high level clients. You will be joining an international team of experienced colleagues from around the world. You will be dealing with different people from all over the world therefore cultural sensitivity and understanding in your job is required.
Skills
You are a BSc degree or MSc qualified, self-driven, highly motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, preferably from an International Oil and Gas background. You must be fluent in speaking, writing and reading both English and Arabic. You will be willing to travel internationally when needed.
