Senior Specialist, Project Development

Job Description

Role Summary
Based on M1 RE strategy and objectives determined by his/her director, the job holder will develop a project from concept to sales including but not limited to: land sourcing, market studies, creating the business concept, defining product mix, writing the business plan, controlling architect design, monitoring the sales activity, issuing status reports.

Main Accountabilities
Based on real estate opportunity or client needs perform feasibility studies (market analysis, project analysis, product positioning, product mix) and present the study to director for approval
Create the product based on the results of the market research
Based on the feasibility study will prepare a business plan including a financial analysis that will be submitted to M1RE Business Development Director for validation
Based on the business plan develop the project organization and structures and elaborate an action plan accordingly
Assist the Business Development and Acquisition director in searching for architects in order to define the concept and the preliminary designs
Follow up with architects in order to ensure that concept design is done according to business plan and client specifications
Assist the BDA director in the commercial activities in order to promote the asset in the market
Other tasks as specified by his/her superior

Skills

Knowledge
Strong Business English Knowledge
Knowledge of the local property market

Technical Skills
Complete understanding of AutoCAD, VBA, Excel Model development and Power Point
Ability to create innovative real estate ideas
Must have the full capability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports

Experience
Experience in preparing feasibility studies and business plans

Education

Engineering or Architecture degree with a master in finance or business
