Job Description
• Report to the IT Manager
• Primary point of infrastructure support for end-users
• Maintain ticketing support system, manage, escalate and organize tickets flow
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems on various types of computer systems and software, both remotely and onsite in an efficient manner
• Communicate with customers and technical personnel in both written and oral form
• Perform implementation of application upgrades and/or new releases
• Assist in documentation of third party application systems, process flows and technical release notes for the purpose of recovery, patches, enhancements and upgrades
Skills
Candidate should have the following qualifications:
Engineering Degree is a must
Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment
Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and ForeFront
Very Good knowledge of Virtualization concepts
Very Good knowledge of basic hardware troubleshooting
Good knowledge in networking concepts
Microsoft certifications
At least 3 years experience in a similar position
