Our client, an international Aviation company, is currently seeking a Senior Technical Consultant FileMaker . You will be reporting directly to the Group ERP Manager PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE The Senior Technical Consultant- FileMaker is responsible for designing, developing and delivering applications on FileMaker platform. Senior Technical Consultant- FileMaker will be engaged directly with business process owners for requirement elicitation, application prototype, enhancements and for management of technical and functional deliverables. KEY STAKEHOLDERS WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Main Internal Relationships Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, ERP Project Managers, Technical Consulting Managers, Group ERP Manager, BU Finance Supply Chain Operations Managers Controllers, Senior IT Managers, Director of Finance IT Supply Chain OperationsHR Main External Relationships Consulting service providers, Consultants KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES The Senior Technical Consultant- FileMaker is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following Responsible for taking a lead role in design, development and delivery of databases and applications on FileMaker platform. Overall Responsibility for the solutions developed on FileMaker for Supreme group, ensuring that all business requirements are addressed in accordance with the business needs. Responsible for imparting training to super users, end users, functional and application consultants(where needed), providing end user support, if required and implementing specific controls where applicable. Responsible to ensure that the projects have the best-fit solutions and do not compromise with the base framework of the integrated applications while delivering the solutions on time and in accordance with the project scope and requirements. Responsible for suggesting timescales and the resources on solutions for allocated projects to the Group ERP Manager Group IT Director. Responsible for keeping the key stakeholders informed on the status of project and highlight any risks associated with the project specially operational and technical. Responsible as the advisor to the project managers for all enhancements to the allocated project in order to continually improve the system. Responsible for solutions on the scope and implementation of user defined reports and other analytical tools in coordination with technical and functional consultants keeping in mind the auditory requirements for traceability and control of changes to developed application. To ensure that all procedures and working practices adhere to those defined in Standard Operations Manual.

Skills

The person should possess excellent communication skills. With a must have proven experience in delivering FileMaker projects through the entire project life cycle. This includes multi-phasemulti-dimensionalmulti-resource projects with high customer satisfaction or references.Essential 7 - 10 years of working experience as a Technical consultantLead programmer on FileMaker pro advanced server advanced. Proven experience in database design, GUI design, workflow programming, scripting and interfacing FileMaker applications with non-FileMaker platforms like .Net, SQL Server and Oracle etc. Experience with use of relational database for FileMaker as MS SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle. University degree in field of technology or application programming. Mandatory in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following business area(s) Inventory Management, Warehouse management, Supply Chain management, MRP, Flight Scheduling, Flight Cargo Tracking and procurement. In depth knowledge on business processes and procedures Good communication skills. Good presentation and requirement elicitation skills. Hard working, team player, self motivated, focused with a can do attitude. Ability to work under strict timelines and un-supervised. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment. Desirable FileMaker 101112 certified developer. Hands on experience on Visual basic and VB.Net
