Senior Finance Manager, Bahrain, BHD 22,000 – BHD 28,000 plus benefits
Our client a leading global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services. The objectives of this role are:
•Supervise and manage all finance activities for the Company
•Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems and ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOCPA, and other regulatory requirements.
•Prepare local statutory and corporate reports as required.
•Prepare monthly management accounts and submit them within the deadline date.
•Follow up with account executives/managers to ensure that receivables (premium, reinsurance and intercompany) are collected promptly in accordance with corporate guidelines and to ensure credit controls are enforced.
•Prepare provisions for doubtful debts to ensure they are adequate and are posted on a timely basis in accordance with US GAAP, SOCPA, and regulatory requirements.
•Supervising Staff and monitoring performance against established goals.
•Should be a holder of a bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA is a plus)
•Industry experience essential – candidates will not be considered without the relevant industry experience
•Minimum 7 years relevant experience
