Establish marketing strategies for overall corporate entity and individual business units.
Develop written corporate marketing goals and plans with executive management.
Develop and implements marketing strategies and programs with the General Manager.
Measure the success of marketing programs against defined goals and necessary recommendations for adjustments.
Plan and monitor sales training on data management, client retention, social media activity, real estate listing services, etc. Prepare marketing reports for investors and management.
Preparation of marketing yearly plan.
Evaluation of participation strategy of clients.
Awareness competitors selling strategies and marketing.
Review competitive market practices and make recommendations concerning adjustments to programs in related areas.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Meet with prospective clients and accompany to property site.
Marketing Degree or related.
Minimum five years progressively responsible experience in real estate.
Previous experience in operating and managing residential real estate brokerage firms.
Sales and Marketing Experience in Real Estates.
Knowledge of the market.
Experience of managing budget.
Public Relation Skills.
Strong administrative and project management skills, including strong wriiten and verbal communication skills.
Spoken and written English language is a plus.
