    Senior Telecom Sales Manager

    Job Description

    A good telecom sales representative should meet assigned sales objective and exceed monthly sales quota
    He should know about the demographic details of his customer base and must be able to identify and qualify potential customers by telephone, and premise visits.
    He must be up to date with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and apply them in his work
    Introducing and selling the company's products in various territories at the most strategic level within the account and implementing a broad product and services strategy
    Provide internally and externally sales and marketing expertise on product, standards, business practice and the company's know-how/expertise
    Create strategies that cut across organizational boundaries to achieve broad business outcomes
    Integrate a deep understanding of the telecom industry, competitors, telecom ecosystem and business, trends to drive the vision for future technologies and services
    Be the principle sales contact for the customer in respect of product support, roadmaps, application and solutions definition
    Manage and co-ordinate internal sales and marketing communication to be passed to customer in a timely and professional manner
    Manage the full delivery of the customer’s product needs in coordination with the customer and technical support
    Liaise with technical teams for application development, support, training etc and follow-up delivery
    Update the company's technical / sales / factory / quality / management personnel on activities
    Work independently; report on regular basis

    Skills

    A telecom sales representative must have good work ethics
    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Must have a good experience in the laws of Dubai free zone
    Good knowledge in wholesale partners
    Must be hard working as such a job involves a lot travelling and leg work
    He should be persuasive, and have good negotiation skills
    He should be confident and motivated and should be a good team player
    Knowledge of more than one language is preferred as he may have to communicate with people from different strata and states in order to sell the company’s products and services
    He should also provide strong and effective customer support
    He should be good with numbers and have good presentation skills
