    Service Sales Engineer

    Job Description

    Mission Statement:
    To develop LVP Service business in Kuwait to 2.5 MUSD by 2015 - 0.5 MUSD in remaining of 2012, 1.2 MUSD in 2013, in line with LBU and Group Service Strategy.

    Main Accountabilities
    Country Service Strategy
    • To focus on service business development with proactive and comprehensive service solutions to customer by means of strengthening existing basic services, white space analysis, fixing gaps, promoting high value added services across divisions
    • Identify Top customers and preparing customer specific strategy based in line with service business plans from LBU and in line with CSO

    Budget and Performance targets
    1. Ensure BU 3107 targets achievement for Kuwait.
    2. Tap Installed base information in Kuwait for low voltage products service.
    3. Ensure orders of low voltage products service in Kuwait
    4. Assist group service market research
    5. Identify and generate new opportunities for low voltage products service through proactive sales and marketing in Kuwait.
    6. Determine service potential of existing and potential customers.
    7. Support implementation of LEAP as advanced services for Key customers in Kuwait
    8. Preparation of technical submittals and proposal formation to customers in coordination with local service product responsible and global service product responsible units
    9. Report Monthly and Quarterly order intakes and ensure orders are in line or exceeding set monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for Kuwait for Low Voltage Products Service.
    10. Support the development of external channels for low voltage products service in Kuwait.

    • Competition analysis, customer feedback, Net Promoter score (NPS)
    • Organizing events for customers
