About the job:

We are looking to recruit an expereince Service Supervisor for our Toyota workshop in Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi.

- Ensure technicians attendance and productivity is maintained to meet budget objectives

- Workshop to be kept to highest Kaizen 5s housekeeping and safety standards

- To ensure the workshop is a safe and secure environment for staff and customers

- Ensure that no unattended customers are allowed in the facility without supervision

- Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update service advisors regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.

- Arrange for Right First Time inspections on all general repairs

- Raise Warranty request for approvals

- Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed.

- Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.

- Able to provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.

- Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.

- Ability to advise customers on the required vital jobs.

- Able to make every effort to resolve Customer Complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience.  

Skills

About you:


- DAE Automotive/Mechanical or equivalent.

- 2-3 years of working experience as Supervisor/Foreman
