Service Advisor (Oman)
•Receiving and greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns and advising the required service by both road testing and visually checking the vehicles.
•Following the prescribed manufacturer's recommendations to advice the required work and using available pricing tags for minor task.
•Follow-up with customers regularly and updating the contact records.
•Informing the customer about the cost of repair/service or any additional task and attaining their approval for the same prior to performing the task.
•Informing the customers as and when the vehicle is ready to be delivered and ensuring the car delivery on time.
•Ensuring customer satisfaction.
·Good communication skills in both English and Arabic
·University graduate or a diploma holder in Automobile Engineering.
·3+ years of work experience in the automobile industry
·Good computer skills
·Self- Motivated and responsible
·Maintaining a good network with customers
