Job Description:
- Executing site works as per construction manager plans
- Reviewing issued for construction drawings, and developing detailed plans for execution
- Reviewing heavy equipment specification / productivity and operation methods, and directing site activities in the best productive methods
- Reviewing form work designs, and developing bill of materials required for reinforced concrete tanks
- Communicating the design of a structure through drawings, specifications and computer models so that subordinates can construct it
- Liaising closely with site superintendents / foremen to ensure that execution plans and methods are well understood
- Good knowledge in various systems of reinforced concrete works, precast slabs, semi-cast slabs, hollow-core slabs, pre-stressed beams & structural steel.

Skills

- Experience in infra structure works, sewage, water, Storm, irrigation, road works & pavement, street lighting, and under ground electric networks
- Communication: Both a good listener and speaker, accurate English writing and grammar, willingness to share information openly is a must.
- Collegiality: Being helpful, respectful, approachable and a team oriented person who strives on building strong working relationships in a positive work environment.
- Initiative: Able to take initiative on projects and be proactive and following through on assigned tasks and duties will completion.
- Efficiency: Able to plan ahead of schedule and manage time well. Must be punctual and respect deadlines. Also must be cost conscious and think of more efficient ways to do things.
- Coachable: Being receptive to feedback, having willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement.

Education

BS or Masters in Civil Engineering
