Mission Statement
Responsible for project planning, preparations and accomplishment as well as supervision of solar field assembly during projects in the region of Middle East

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• To coordinate the sequence of technical activities of the project
• Support and coordination of the contracting process.
• Project planning and preparations
• Tendering and placing assembly and earthworks
• Site management and supervision of solar field assembly and technical project handling
• Coordination and implementation of projects and subcontractors
• Development of assembly- and logistic processes
• Realization of change management
• Comply with Project Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including country statutory obligations
• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities in processes or systems
• Identify, initiate, recommend and assist in the issue resolution process
• Verify and confirm the effective implementation of said solutions
• Promote a positive HSE culture in the workplace

Skills

Knowledge:
• At least 5 years project management experience
Education:
• Degree with technical background - engineering
Prior Work Experience: 15 Years
Language Proficiency:
• Excellent English language skills
