Job Description
It’s a software product specialist job and person will be responsible for deploying, configuring, troubleshooting software at customer site and at the same time providing Training to end users.
Skills
Must be disciplined, self committed and self driven without any supervision.
Good interpersonal communication skills in English & Arabic is must.
Positive attitude, body language, dealing the situation with great patience and ability to convince and satisfy customers.
Person must be mentally mature & presentable to most privilege customers like Doctors.
Must be flexible in travelling within and outside UAE.
Person with a valid UAE Driving license will be given preference.
Person with technical support & customer service background are the right candidates for this job.
