Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sr. Contracts Administrator.
Skills
• Sound knowledge of the contract administration aspects of major civil & infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities with experience in procurement and contract administration
• 10 + years post graduate experience
• Experience in supervising more junior members of the team
• Experience in coordinating with Consultant/Contractor
• Experience user of MS Office and project management software
• Undergraduate degree of membership of a recognized international Professional Body e.g MRICS
• Experience in international contracting mechanisms e.g FIDIC
• Fluency in English language both written and spoken
• Spoken Arabic is advantageous
• Commercial Awareness
• Accepts responsibility
• Interpersonal & effective communication skills
• Strong customer focus
