Job Description
• Sustain “Zero Accident” status in plant
• Sustain “Zero Pollution” status in plant.
• Practice Process safety tools such as “Safety Observations”
• Process Hazard Analysis”, “ Management of Change”
• Resolve all near-miss in plant
• Implementation & Sustaining Autonomous Maintenance in plant.
• Implementation & Sustaining 5-S in plant.
• Spreading awareness about Autonomous Maintenance Culture.
• Sustain “Zero quality defect” status.
• Sustain “Zero customer complaint” status.
• Achieve & sustain “Non-Defective Rate at 100%”
• Production planning and execution as per sales requirement.
• Achieve “Target production quantity” & "Plant Availability".
• Sustain material balance of Raw material, Sami finished, Finished, goods and packing material. Book & actual stock compliance.
• Sustain product Yields as per standard.
• Monthly utility consumption "Budget vs. Actual" balance.
• Weekly, Monthly report preparation and reporting.
• Active participation in new development activity.
• Training and development of team members and team Building.
• Sustaining and improving plant preventive maintenance.
• Sustain material balance of Raw material, Sami finished, Finished, Goods and packing material. Book & actual stock compliance.
• Sustain product Yields as per standard.
Skills
• Proficient in understanding & applying all “Person & Process Safety Tools”.
• Proficient in understanding all “Chemical Processes
& Unit operations”.
• Plants comprising of person & process safety, Production, quantity, quality and plant maintenance.
• Exposure to automation of Processes through PLC and DCS.
• Proficient in sustaining Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14000, 18000 OSHAS.
• Proficient in implementing & sustaining Continual Improvement
• Management tools such as “Total Productive Maintenance”.
• Proficient in using tools such as SAP or ERP knowledge.
• Leadership
